Women are leaders in families, communities, businesses, schools, civil society, and public life. Their leadership, experience, and ideas must also be fully represented in politics, governance, and decision-making spaces.

Inclusive leadership creates room for diverse voices, better representation, stronger policies, and more responsive governance. Nigeria needs more women in political parties, elective positions, public institutions, and policy-making spaces.
